Compliance with Meta (WhatsApp) Policies As a user of Whatsapp Cloud, you must comply with: WhatsApp Business Policy Meta Developer Terms WhatsApp Commerce Policy Whatsapp Cloud is not responsible if your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is suspended or banned by Meta due to policy violations (e.g., spamming or prohibited content). 4. User Responsibilities Data Accuracy: You must provide accurate information regarding your Meta Developer account. Prohibited Content: You agree not to use our platform to send unsolicited messages (SPAM), scams, or illegal content. API Limits: You are responsible for any costs incurred directly from Meta/WhatsApp for message usage. 5. Privacy and Data Security We prioritize the security of your API tokens and customer data.
